Website Terms
Using havefunded.com
Information service
havefunded.com is an information and comparison website for a global audience. We do not collect challenge fees, hold trading funds, execute trades, approve accounts or become a party to a prop firm’s agreement. Any application, payment and contract are between you and the relevant firm. The site may receive a commission if you use certain partner links or codes.
Your decision and official terms
All information is subject to the relevant prop firm’s official website. Before paying or applying, check its current price, rules, agreement, eligibility and restrictions. A listing, filter result or global audience does not mean that a product is available in your country or that you meet its requirements.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, bypass security controls, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or infringe intellectual property. Do not present a comparison or translation as an official statement by a firm. Ordinary personal browsing and comparison do not require a website account.
Availability and legal rights
Information can be incomplete or become outdated, and access may be interrupted. We cannot guarantee availability, accuracy, challenge outcomes or payouts. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits liability where applicable law does not permit it. Material policy changes will be reflected in a new document version.
Risk & Information Disclaimer
Understand the limits of the information
Official sources prevail
All information is subject to the relevant prop firm’s official website. Prices, trading objectives, risk rules, payout terms and country restrictions can change. Confirm the current official terms and the agreement for your exact program and stage before making a decision.
No personalised advice or guarantee
Content is general information, not personalised investment, financial, tax or legal advice. A comparison, logo or listing is not a recommendation, regulatory approval or guarantee of a firm’s solvency, safety, refunds, profits, payouts or your success. Past results and advertised payouts do not establish future results.
Trading and challenge risks
Trading and paid challenges involve risk. You may lose entry, activation, reset or other fees, fail a challenge or breach rules. An advertised account size does not establish that the amount is cash owned by you or that trading occurs in a live account; check the firm’s own description and agreement.
Prices, translations and eligibility
The challenge table displays USD; ≈ identifies a reference conversion, not an official USD checkout quote. Other pages may retain source currencies. Translations and summaries can omit details. No recorded prohibition is not confirmation of eligibility, and a missing rule is not permission. The firm’s official source governs.
Privacy Policy
Information used by this website
Scope and current features
This policy describes the current havefunded.com website and local review files. There are no website accounts, payment forms, identity-document uploads, newsletter forms, advertising pixels or analytics trackers in this version. We do not receive your prop firm account credentials or challenge payments through this website.
Preferences and URLs
The browser stores your fixed UTC-offset preference and display settings locally. Language choices are saved in a website cookie or, for local files, browser storage. Filter, page and detail choices can appear in the URL and browser history; sharing a URL can share those choices. Do not put personal information into URLs. See the Cookie & Storage Policy for the exact keys and duration.
Requests and service providers
On a hosted website, the server and infrastructure providers receive technical request information, which can include IP address, request time, URL and browser or device information. Local offline files do not send website requests. The current app loads company data from its own API and logo snapshots from its own site; it does not make visitors fetch originals from Google Drive. Following an external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy rules.
Purpose, retention and control
Preferences support language and time displays and remain in your browser as described in the storage policy. Technical requests support content delivery and service security. Hosted logging, retention and any international processing depend on the hosting configuration; this policy does not promise a particular region or retention period. You can control browser storage and avoid sharing URL choices. Rights to access, correction, deletion or objection depend on applicable law.
Data & Editorial Policy
How comparisons are prepared
Sources and scope
We structure company and program information from recorded official sources. Summaries and translations support comparison; they are not the firm’s contract. All information is subject to the relevant prop firm’s official website. Data is checked and published periodically, and a local offline review is a fixed snapshot rather than a live update. Recorded source data and human-reviewed additions are distinguished; automatic publication does not mean every field has been verified by a person.
Uncertainty and eligibility
Unknown, zero and conditional values are treated separately. Missing rules are not permission; no restriction record is not proof of eligibility. Risks and restrictions are kept within the recorded company, program, platform and stage scope, and funded-stage rules are not invented from challenge-stage rules.
Display choices and reference prices
The challenge list currently includes USD account sizes of at least 10K; smaller programs remain in the source database. The table displays source USD fees and marks EUR reference conversions with ≈. The review reference is EUR 1 = USD 1.1186, dated 8 October 2026; it is not a live rate or an official USD quote. Filters use recorded fields and cannot establish personal eligibility.
Corrections and independence
Corrections should identify the firm, exact program, relevant stage and official source. Conflicting or missing evidence should be reviewed before changing public facts. Commercial relationships must not control factual conclusions or organic ranking. A logo or listing is not an endorsement or a safety score.

Use and rights concerns
Do not treat access to this website as a licence to reuse third-party materials. Rights concerns should identify the material, the rights asserted and supporting evidence without unnecessary personal information. Any use beyond personal browsing should respect applicable law and the relevant rights holder’s permissions.
About & Corrections
havefunded.com · Global
Our purpose
havefunded.com helps a global audience compare recorded prop firm challenge terms and company information in English and Traditional Chinese. Global readership does not mean every listed program is available worldwide. The site does not collect challenge fees or hold client funds.
Using our information
All information is subject to the relevant prop firm’s official website. Comparisons and translations are general information, not the firm’s contract or personalised advice. Check the current official terms and your eligibility before applying or paying.
Prepare a correction or rights enquiry
For a correction, record the firm name, program name or ID, affected field, official source URL and the date you checked it. For privacy or rights enquiries, describe only the issue and relevant material. Do not send passwords, trading credentials, identity documents or payment details. Questions about a challenge account or payout should go directly to the relevant firm through its official website.
